- Social Media Profiles: Public profile data from Instagram, YouTube, or TikTok when you or a Brand looks up a creator handle

3.1 With Other Users
- Brand names and deal terms are shared with Creators they invite
- Creator profile information may be visible to Brands during deal creation
- Signature information is shared with counterparties on signed contracts
3.2 With Service Providers
We share information with third-party services that help us operate the platform:
- Payment Processors: Payment details and identity information to process transactions
- Email Services: Email addresses and message content to send transactional emails
- Analytics Services: Usage data and device information to improve the Service
- Infrastructure Providers: Platform data for hosting, database, and error monitoring
- Social Media APIs: Public profile lookups when fetching creator information
3.3 For Legal Reasons
We may disclose information if required by law, legal process, or government request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Mino, our users, or others.
3.4 Business Transfers
If Mino is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
4. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Specifically:
- Account Data: Until account deletion plus 30 days
- Deal and Contract Data: 7 years (for legal and tax purposes)
- Payment Records: As required by financial regulations
- Usage Logs: 90 days
After deletion, some information may remain in backups for a limited period.
5. Cookies and Tracking
5.1 Essential Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and security. These cannot be disabled.
5.2 Analytics
We use PostHog for analytics to understand how users interact with our Service. You can opt out by enabling "Do Not Track" in your browser or using a browser extension.
5.3 No Advertising
We do not use advertising cookies or sell your data to advertisers.

However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. International Users
Mino is based in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the US, your information will be transferred to and processed in the US, which may have different data protection laws than your country.

The Service is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If we learn we have collected information from a child, we will delete it.
